Dear Immersive Van Gogh Kansas City ticket holder,
I am Corey Ross, the producer of Immersive Van Gogh Kansas City. I am writing you today to inform you of, and apologize for, another delay of our opening date. We truly understand your frustration and disappointment. We are eager to share our incredible immersive experience with you, but want to guarantee the best possible experience for you that we can.
Immersive Van Gogh is one of the world’s most popular immersive installations. This is because of the quality of the show, as well as the effort that goes into constructing the perfect setting for the experience. Staging a production of this magnitude is exceedingly challenging and requires very specific criteria. Unfortunately, when we announced that we were coming to Kansas City, we had already investigated several venue options which, for one reason or another, ended up not being available or not allowing us to present Immersive Van Gogh in a manner befitting our standards.
We are pleased to announce Lighthouse ArtSpace Kansas City, Zona Rosa (8690 N. Dixson, 2nd Floor) as the location for Immersive Van Gogh Kansas City. This venue is ideal for our exhibit, and will allow us to bring our world-class attraction to Kansas City. The opening date has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 21. Immersive Van Gogh Kansas City will run through July 4, 2022.
We are committed to bringing you the best possible show, on par with our productions that have been so popular in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and other cities. We have already successfully presented Immersive Van Gogh in 16 North American cities to date, and over 4.6 million visitors have enjoyed our production so far. We cannot wait to open our doors in Kansas City, and welcome you to our world-class experience.

If you cannot attend and would like a refund, please email ticketing@kansascityvangogh.com and our customer service team will issue a full refund to the original form of payment.
